A few months ago, Mattress Express Express posted an article on its website titled How to buy furniture online in India.
A lot of the information in the article was wrong and inaccurate.
MattressExpress posted an apology and added a correction.
The post has since been deleted.
Mattress Express’ apologyThe correction in the original article said: “We are aware of the error.
The article was published before we updated the article with our latest information.
Mattresses Express has taken steps to correct the article.
In the meantime, we have taken a few steps to clarify our information and update the article on our website.”
This is the second time we have made a correction in this fashion.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
“MattressExpress clarified in a statement to Quartz that the post was not an accurate reflection of the facts.”
We apologise for the mistake.
The post was written before we added information, including a disclaimer that we had corrected the article before we posted it,” Mattressexpress said.
The correction also said that “the company will offer the correct product at our prices, as we do all our business from our premises in Pune.
The company will also send a return email to you within 48 hours if you do not receive the correct furniture.
“The post also noted that MattressExchange has “been offering this service since its inception and we will continue to do so until the article is removed.

“Mattresses Express’ website, as seen by Quartz, has not changed much since its original post.
MattressedExpress has not yet responded to Quartz’s request for comment.
